Clean and spacious rooms provided a comforting atmosphere.
I was appalled by the unprofessional treatment I received regarding the breakfast, which was supposedly included but denied unexpectedly. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought this to their attention, insisting we paid a low price and should just accept it. To top it off, the internet barely functioned, making it impossible to do even basic tasks online during our stay.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but knowing they expected me to pay extra for breakfast not included is simply absurd. plus, who leaves a dirty pair of knickers outside a room? very poor attention to detail. i obviously deserved better treatment than what i received here!

Fantastic owners create memorable stays
The first evening we had such a great time chatting with Geoff and Chris at the bar, we planned to go out, but ended up laughing and drinking with them all night. Tommy's appearance added even more laughter, especially with that Scotsman Jimmy joining in, they were hilarious!
It wasn't cheap, but the experience made it worth our while.

Had a lovely stay where the coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch, and we enjoyed a lovely chat over tea with a friendly host. There’s a cozy lounge area to kick back and a nice garden space that's perfect for unwinding. Just wish the bathroom door had stayed shut properly, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Nice Hosts and Great Location
We had a lovely time during our stay, mainly thanks to the nice lady who runs the place. She even offered us a tea before we left and shared some great chat about Blackpool. The location is pretty good too, just a 15-minute walk to the beach without being in the busy center.
